Ben Costanza - Our Broker & Our Future

Not many brokers have so much love for their community and history as Ben Costanza. I can say that with total conviction having worked for Mr. Costanza for the last few years in social media, videography and now as a proud real estate agent in his office. I'm John Henry Soto and for the last few years, I've come to learn just how much the name Ben Costanza means to this community. I'm not just talking about real estate either. Although he's brought millions of dollars to the city of Bayonne with his expertise in commercial real estate bringing us some of our most popular locations such as Walgreens, TD Bank, Dunkin Donuts and Advance auto parts, just to name a few, Ben Costanza has also served Bayonne as a councilman. As a councilman, he was on the board of school estimates and undertook the difficult task of bringing Midtown Community School to Bayonne. That was an extremely proud moment for him to see it get built. In fact, his name is still in the lobby today!

Over the last 30 years, a lot has changed since Mr. Costanza started his journey but he has always maintained a high level of respect in the community and is continuing to expand his company to the next level. The last 10 years have taken a sharp turn for all businesses in regards to marketing with the social media platforms that are now the life source of a more educated and well-connected consumer. The, "build it and they will come" model no longer applies to this ecosystem and businesses that fail to understand this simple datum, fail. Mr. Costanza understands the value of new technology for the company but more importantly, how it will increase customer service and really help more people in his community. Therefore, Costanza & Providence Real Estate Agency will be launching a new website very soon plus more Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter posts. Our video content via YouTube will increase and Live streams from properties and fun locations to help those interested in Bayonne have more access to information and make more educated decisions on their future.

Teamwork between agents? Yes and it's a beautiful thing!

I remember when I got my real estate license an experienced agent telling me, "You're an independent contractor now and you don't have to work with anyone."  I thought to myself how unappealing that was because I've always operated best in a team environment and I didn't like the idea of feeling alone while building my business.  So, I ignored them, as I usually do when someone says something I think is ridiculous, and I started working on building a team and working with good agents.
