The Peninsula on the Hudson, Bayonne is called, has been on the mend for many years since the industrial revolution made it its home.  Well, after extensive clean-ups and the amazing strength of its residents, Bayonne New Jersey is on the rise as a desirable place to live in New Jersey. Ben Costanza - Our Broker & Our Future

Not many brokers have so much love for their community and history as Ben Costanza. I can say that with total conviction having worked for Mr. Costanza for the last few years in social media, videography and now as a proud real estate agent in his office. I'm John Henry Soto and for the last few years, I've come to learn just how much the name Ben Costanza means to this community. I'm not just talking about real estate either. Although he's brought millions of dollars to the city of Bayonne with his expertise in commercial real estate bringing us some of our most popular locations such as Walgreens, TD Bank, Dunkin Donuts and Advance auto parts, just to name a few, Ben Costanza has also served Bayonne as a councilman. As a councilman, he was on the board of school estimates and undertook the difficult task of bringing Midtown Community School to Bayonne.
